To start the returning process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

how does it work?

  • enter your order number and email address associated with the order in the fields above and click start
  • follow the instructions and select the items you want to return / exchange
  • you will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines and a prepaid shipping label once the return / exchange request is approved

 

what items are eligible for return?

items can be returned within 30 days of fulfillment - pending approval upon arrival.

  • items must be in original condition, unworn, clean, etc.
  • please include original tags and packaging.
  • please include the original invoice.
  • customized items [ for example:  ID tags, custom sizing, etc. ]  are not eligible for return / exchange.
  • free gifts / promotional items are not eligible for return / exchange.

 

what items are eligible for exchange?

items can be exchanged within 60 days of fulfillment - pending approval upon arrival and subject to style still being available / in stock - we will do our very best to replace the style you are wishing to exchange with a similar style if that happens to be the case.

  • items must be in original condition, unworn, clean, etc.
  • please include original tags and packaging.
  • please include the original invoice.
  • customized items [ for example:  ID tags, custom sizing, etc. ]  are not eligible for exchange.

  • after entering your order information above, select the items you wish to exchange. 

  • select the exchange option and provide the desired size in the notes section.

 

are there any charges for return?

  • there are no additional charges for returns / exchanges however original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • you will receive an email as well as a  prepaid shipping label upon approval of your return / exchange request.

 

how soon will I get my refund?

  • once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
  • if approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 15 working days.
